First, you figure out how many different sizes of triangles there are in the diagram. Then, you cut out the various sizes. You can make a big, large, medium and small triangle. Then you see how many times each size of triangle you can get to fit into the diagram. Then you add them all together. That is how I solved the problem of the week.
